Client Reflections

"When a woman is pregnant or breastfeding, the safest way to deal with many of the common complaints or discomforts that occur is to recieve a massage by a Certified Massage Therapist. I often refer my moms that have back pain, sciatica, leg cramps, or trouble sleeping to Hoboken Prenatal Massage and have been consistently pleased with the results."

The Experience

photo of the interior of Hoboken Prenatal Massage Enter the modest lavender studio on historic Bloomfield Street in Hoboken and be greeted by the clean scent of lavender mixed with lemon. Your Prenatal Massage Therapist offers to take your coat. "Why not have a seat on the elegant leather lounge chair?" she asks. "Would you care for some water?"

Once you tell her what is bothering you, she directs you to the studio's changing area, which is curtained for your privacy. Feel free to sit down, take off your shoes, and undress. Then wrap yourself in a luxurious white oversized terry bath sheet, and tuck your feet into a pair of super cushy slippers before emerging into the softly lit massage room.

Your therapist assists you onto the contour cushioned massage table then drapes soft, white sheets and a comfortable blanket over your body.

Soothing music spirits you away to a place of tranquility. A silk eye pillow helps you to focus inward while your therapist works her trained hands over your tired, aching muscles. Experience the healing touch from head to toe, allowing you to relax so your body can focus on restoring itself and nurturing the new life within.
